Our bridge loan program focuses on properties of a transitional nature, with proceeds available for tenant improvements, leasing commissions, capital expenditures, and carrying costs. Our bridge loan takes the senior lien position and does not allow subordinate debts behind our senior position. However, borrowers are allowed to seek equity investors and/or equity loans if the equity investor’s investment is not registered as a lien against the property.
