Albany, NY – December 13, 2025 – NeoVista Equities, LLC, a private opportunistic fund headquartered in Albany, proudly celebrates its one-year anniversary reception at 60 State Street, home of NeoVista Hospitality Group, I nc.
Founded in December of 2024, NeoVista has rapidly emerged as a catalyst for revitalizing Albany’s downtown through strategic real estate acquisitions, hospitality ventures, and community-focused development.
Since its inception, NeoVista has pursued a bold vision: to advance humanity through growth strategies and to become a leading private equity investment firm built on integrity, excellence, transparency, innovation, and collaboration.
An estimated 40-plus guests attended NeoVista’s reception, including Mayor-Elect Dorcey Applyrs, County Comptroller Susan Rizzo, Assemblymember Gabriella Romero, and Legislator Paul Bergdorf.
Guests enjoyed a curated array of dishes showcasing NeoVista’s Culinary Team. Additionally, NeoVista Equities CEO Kevin Yang presented the company’s milestones and vision for Albany.
“For NeoVista, we don't simply see Albany as a market, but as a movement—a destination where thoughtful investment can spark lasting change. We are starting by reviving Jack’s Oyster House, a century-old icon, while also building community-friendly concepts like Jack’s Deli, NeoVista Fresh Market, KiddieQ Daycare Center, and more. Together, these projects represent over 200 new jobs, millions in capital investment, and a long-term commitment to Albany’s future”, said Yang.
In just twelve months, NeoVista has achieved significant milestones:
- Acquired landmark properties including 52 James Street, 44 State Street, and 60 State Street.
- Pre-launched concepts such as NeoVista Fresh Market, KiddieQ Daycare, and NeoVista Hospitality Group
- Preserved Albany’s culinary heritage with the revival of Jack’s Oyster House, a 108-year-old icon.
- Created over 30 jobs across Albany and Long Island, with plans for over 200 new positions in 2026.
Looking ahead into 2026, NeoVista plans to complete full renovations at Jack’s Oyster House, open KiddieQ Daycare Center, open NeoVista Fresh Market, and expand catering operations at Sixty State Street.
“These projects represent over 200 new jobs and millions in investments and will generate considerable tax revenue for the city, county and the state. We’re not just building spaces—we’re building futures”, said Yang.
