Marcia Stallmer

Marcia writes our grants utilizing her extensive experience in legal research and writing that she gained as a legislative Director for the New York State Assembly. As a senior land agent for Crown Castle, she has managed and reviewed telecommunication leases and contracts directly with landowners. As a real estate specialist for the law firm of Kelly Sayers, Marcia used her twenty years of experience in real estate to complete complex title searches and worked with various title companies participating in hundreds of commercial and residential real estate projects and closings.
